Our approach
The Novelleq website is designed with:
- semantic page structure and ordered headings,
- keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states,
- high-contrast text and controls,
- responsive layouts at narrow and enlarged viewports,
- support for reduced-motion preferences, and
- text alternatives or hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
Supported interaction
Primary navigation, mobile navigation, links and expandable question sections are designed to be operated from a keyboard. Focus remains visible, content order follows the visual reading order and motion is reduced when the operating system requests it.
Content and graphics
Informative graphics include text alternatives. Decorative diagrams are hidden from assistive technology where they do not add information beyond the adjacent copy. Text is kept as selectable HTML rather than embedded in images wherever it communicates meaning.
Limitations
Accessibility is reviewed as the site evolves, but this statement is not a claim of formal certification. Third-party content or services introduced in the future may have separate accessibility characteristics and will need to be assessed before use.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please describe the page, device and issue in an email to [email protected]. The address is provided as plain text.
Useful details include the page address, the action you were attempting, the browser or assistive technology in use and a description of the barrier. Please avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
