Who is responsible
Novelleq, headquartered in Kraków, Poland, determines how personal data is used for this website and direct business enquiries. Privacy questions can be sent to the plain-text address [email protected].
Website data
The current Novelleq website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, contact forms or non-essential cookies.
The hosting infrastructure may process limited technical request data, such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource and browser information, where this is necessary to deliver the site, maintain availability and protect it from misuse. This technical data is not used by Novelleq for advertising or behavioural profiling and is retained only as long as required for security, availability and operational records.
Contact
If you contact Novelleq directly, the information you choose to provide will be used to understand and respond to your enquiry. The contact address is displayed as plain text: [email protected].
Email correspondence may contain your name, professional contact details, organisation, message content and technical routing information. It is processed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and maintain appropriate business records.
Why the information is used
Depending on the context, information is used where necessary to respond to steps requested before a contract, perform an agreed engagement, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate business interests such as protecting systems, evaluating enquiries and maintaining appropriate records. Those interests are considered against the rights and reasonable expectations of the people concerned.
Data minimisation
Please do not send credentials, production data, security-sensitive material, special-category personal data or transaction-restricted information in an initial enquiry. Protected information should be shared only after suitable confidentiality and handling arrangements are agreed.
Recipients and international work
Information is made available only to the people and approved service providers who need it for the enquiry or engagement. Where international access or transfer is required, the applicable contractual, security and data-protection conditions must be established for that context.
Retention and rights
Correspondence is retained only for as long as it remains necessary for the enquiry, relationship, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Privacy requests can be submitted using the plain-text address below. Applicable rights depend on the jurisdiction and circumstances of the processing.
Where the GDPR applies, those rights may include:
- access to personal data and information about its use,
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information,
- erasure or restriction in the circumstances provided by law,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and
- data portability where the legal conditions are met.
A person may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
